Subject	car won't turn over

Message	OK long story short, pulled engine did 120k, new oil pump new manifolds/turbos etc, new valve cover gaskets/seals, new rod bearings...fuel and oil primed... Code 55 on ecu (finally), i have fuel, i have spark, i have air...car won't friggin turn over! starter is going, all relays and fuses check out, fuel pump controller working, can't really gap iridium plugs so there were all pregapped, every electrical connection is hooked up, grounds all solid, battery fully charged, i'm a lil stumped, only thing is the CAS timing, but that shouldn't prevent the car to turn over, at most its 1-2 degrees off which wouldn't result in it not turning over, it'd just be really shitty idle...my only other guess is timing belt is off a few teeth but i triple checked when i installed it...any other ideas?
